Extremely disappointing experience. My mother and I visited this place hoping to use the restroom, but were met with rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory behavior from the staff. As a visibly Muslim woman (hijabi), it was clear I was treated with unnecessary hostility because of my appearance.
Instead of showing basic courtesy, the staff was dismissive and disrespectful, refusing access unless we purchased something — and communicated this in a particularly rude and degrading manner. The way we were spoken to was truly unacceptable.
If this is how you treat people ignorant and arrogant— especially women — it raises serious concerns about your suitability for the hospitality industry.

He was aggressive, dismissive, and had a horrible attitude—as if interacting with customers was a burden. It was clear he had no interest in doing his job properly and treated people with complete disrespect.
