Hong Kong 97 — Restaurant in Ramstein-Miesenbach

Ordered drinks, appetizers and main entrees all at the same time and it took way too long to get each order. There was only two of us, but the drinks were brought out one at a time after a wait time of 10 minutes (with one table about to finish, another table that had ordered just before us, and two couples that had ordered as take out.

The Crab Rangoon was overcooked. The soups were tasty and hot, so they were probably made fresh - the reason they took so long to get to us?

Main entree of Kung po chicken well seasoned and had lots of cashews. The General Tso's Chicken was loaded with way too much broccoli and chicken that had the taste and feel of being processed. I should've taken the sauce and mixed it over everything because the sauce only had pockets of spice.

Maybe the thought of enjoying each other's company is by design of the restaurant as the takeout orders went a bit quicker than our orders did (even though they had to wait close to 30 minutes for their orders without anyone else in the restaurant).

All in all, if you call your order in you'll probably get it in the same time as if you dined in. Might try it again to give them another chance; but there's so many other places on the list to try that it's going to be awhile before...

I’m so sad because this is the first time I’ve tried this place. I got it delivered to me and the lady seemed to be a worker from the restaurant who hand delivered the order. She was nice. They gave me extra free spring rolls which I assumed was because I left a bigger tip than the preset ones. However, I ordered a wonton soup that upon opening already had a strange smell to it, and a pinkish color to the wontons. Anyways, the chicken in the wontons were completely raw inside, like completely :(. Not a great experience it was quite upsetting and I honestly wouldn’t recommend getting that food item, I can’t speak for anything...

Leider nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Was mich aber richtig verärgert hat, ist die Tatsache, dass das große Schild vor dem Restaurant immer noch anzeigt, dass Donnertags über Mittag ein Buffet „all you can eat“ für 6,90€ angeboten wird. Dass der Preis so nicht mehr stimmen kann, ist mir völlig klar und darüber würde ich auch nicht meckern. Aber wenn man seine Familie einpackt um das Buffet zu genießen und es dann heißt, dass es das nicht mehr gibt, ist das ärgerlich. Ohne großen Aufwand könnte man das auf dem Plakat überkleben und damit wäre das Thema erledigt. Aber als ich heute vorbei fuhr, stand es immer noch da. Einfach ärgerlich. Das Restaurant selbst ist leider, wie schon öfter erwähnt in anderen Rezensionen, nicht mehr zeitgemäß und wirkt schmuddelig. Beim Essen, war die Qualität Teils/Teils. Hab ich schon deutlich besser gegessen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, super schnell und Getränke wie Essen waren schnell da. Ich habe schon öfter bestellt zum Mitnehmen und muss sagen, dass das Essen mir früher viel besser geschmeckt hat. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und ich sehe auch selten jemanden drin sitzen. Die Suppe auf dem Foto war übrigens nicht gut. Hat undefinierbar ein bissl vielleicht wie nach Ketchup geschmeckt. Die 8 Kostbarkeiten...
