Food was ok. Soup salty Poor service.

Mixed up order with other diners sitting next to us with our orders and the managing waitress made them pay for the waiter's mistakes by charging them for the dish they served wrongly to them (and told the elderly tourist diner "who should pay for this?!").

The extremely rude waitress (who appears to be managing the waiter and covering up for his mistakes). In observing the waiter who was clumsy and avoided our eye contact, I saw he dropped a food item on the kitchen floor, picked it up and put it back on the plate, before serving the couple the same plate when he exited. Evidence of the waiter's admittance for dropping an item from the plate and putting it back is kept in phone recording.

When confronted and request for their names to write to the restaurant for feedback, the said (rude) waitress retort that it was the diner's fault for eating a dish served to them that was not theirs. Waitress refused to give her name for reference to feedback and made a pathetic attempt by offering us a feedback form to fill (so she can tell the owners how bad she did her job?).

Absolute horror for a tourist experience. The reviews here all now make sense. In evaluating a restaurant, the ability to be consistent is to be applaud. In this case, the consistency of such bad service is appalling.
