Three stars is generous. The food is always good, but the service in the seating area is a tragedy….for some. I come here with my child when we are in the area and based on the way we dress we are treated quite differently (this is my 5th time visiting). Plans changed today, and we ended up being in the area dressed very down and were treated just the way we were dressed. Mr. Manager are you and your team that basic? We seated ourselves, and there were only dirty tables near the children area. So I moved the trays and such to the other side of the table so we could eat …on a dirty table (that was never cleaned the entire time we were eating). While others were escorted to their tables and their tables bussed after we arrived….over and over. And then the lame avoid eye contact by the staff is so very deeply lame. First off, I have eaten all over the world to include many developing nations and never have I experienced hygiene challenges like this. …wait as I write this uppity women just walked in and towards our table to sit and bammm. There is no email or contact form on their website so I had to call personally to ask about reserving for the Taste 12 coupon book, and they were very friendly on the phone!

Ordered 2 dishes, one of them a wild boar winter special and a Caesar salad with chicken. Unfortunately the wild boar dish was not good, the meat was extremely tough and I could barely cut through it, so I don't recommend that. The salad was great!

I told the manager and he was able to exchange it for a Currywurst (delicious) and was understanding and apologetic and comped the wild boar dish, thank...

Update: 10.05.24. Heute hatte wohl die Frau S. Carlos keine Lust auf ihre Arbeit. Ich war mit Kinderwagen inkl Säugling und Kleinkind am Platzsuchen. Gerade als wir einen Platz gefunden hatten, habe ich den Kinderwagen zwar im Gang stehen aber so nah es ging am Tisch stehen. Als ich den Wagen umparken wollte, auf die Innenseite an einer Säule neben unserem Tisch (wo niemand durchlaufen musste), kam Frau Carlos von irgendwo her und sagte ganz pampig, dass ich den Wagen hier nich stehen lassen darf sondern bei den „Kinderwagenparkplätzen“ abstellen muss. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich wohl kaum den Kinderwagen mit meinem Säugling drin, woanders alleine stehen lasse. Sie schaute in den Wagen und schaute verdutzt. Ist wohl was neues, dass in einer Babywanne ein Baby liegt. Ohne sich vielleicht mal zu entschuldigen oder mir behilflich zu sein umzuparken, stand sie mir auch noch im Weg, mit der Einstellung dass ich ihr ihm Weg stand.

Darüberhinaus, hat sie die Kinder die in der Spielecke spielten, ganz genau beobachtet. Und wehe ein Kind hat etwas lauter gespielt. Dann kam sie gleich mit erhobenen Zeigefinger und hat die Kinder ermahnt. Hätte ich nicht gesehen, was sie da macht, hätte ich es nicht mal mitbekommen dass ein Kind laut gespielt hatte. ——————- Das Essen ist gut, aber auch teuer.
