The food is way to overpriced for what is served. I had the Currywurst and the Kaiserschmarrn. The skin of the sausage was very thick and the sauce was good but not worth the price. The Kaiserschmarrn on the other hand was very well served (3 person can easily divide it) with 3 accompaniment that fits the dish very well. For the service: the waiters are always under stress and very unpolite. Not costumer oriented at all. If you want to sit outside prepare yourself for waiting. We waited 10-15 min just to get the information that we would have to wait around half an hour to get a table outside. For that we chose to sit inside, to have one of the worst services I have ever had. The waiter didn't look us in the eye and said that we are not the only costumers in the location and that we should chill handing us the menu after we waited there already 10min. The place inside was almost empty, so that the other collegues had even time to get updated with the latest gossip. The atmosphere of the place is modern german, with a fluch of fancyness but still relaxed.

Anyway, for being in one of the most expensive areas in Stuttgart I aspected a different quality and service specially looking at the prices on the menu.

Wouldn't recommend this place...

I recently visited this restaurant and opted for the salmon which indeed lived up to the expectations; it was excellently prepared, showcasing a great balance of flavors and textures that are a testament to the chef's prowess in handling seafood.

However, I found the service to be a tad slow which slightly dampened the dining experience. While it wasn't a deal-breaker, there's certainly room for improvement in that department to truly elevate the dining experience to a level commensurate with the high quality of the food served.

That being said, the greatness of the salmon dish itself certainly encourages a return visit. I would recommend this place to fellow seafood aficionados, with a note to perhaps avoid peak hours to ensure a smoother service experience.

Ich war insgesamt 3 mal dort, 2 mal mit meiner Frau, einmal allein. Die ersten beiden Male waren super. Gegessen Heilbutt/Rotbarsch/Schnitzel/Salat. Das war sehr gut gemacht. Fisch nicht zu glasig, aber eben auch nicht trocken, und durch ohne Gräten. Dazu super Gemüse (allerdings wenig), Rosmarinkartöffelchen, sehr lecker. Der Kellner, ein Brasilianer war sehr nett und lustig. Haben dann noch den Kaiserschmarrn probiert, was als Nachtisch ganz schön viel ist. Sehr gut und besser, als wenn man nichts auf dem Teller hat! Die 30Min. Wartezeit waren angekündigt und akzeptabel.

Ich wollte dann noch unbedingt die Currywurst probieren. Auch die war sehr gut, keine typische Oberländer, sondern fast schon eine Bratwurst. Dazu ein Beilagensalat. Den fand ich für 6,50€ allerdings mit zu wenig Inhalt, nur grüne Blätter. Die Zuckerindustrie war sowohl im Dressing als auch in der Currysauce präsent...

Wie dem auch sei, im Salat fand ich ein längeres Stück gelbes Plastik, nicht gerade sauber sah es aus, vermutlich der Aufreißer einer Getränkeflasche :-( Das reklamierte ich, es wurde mir jedoch nichts im Ausgleich angeboten, die Bedienung 'nahm es halt mal mit' und ich hörte davon nichts mehr.

So etwas geht natürlich gar nicht! Am Nebentisch fragte jemand nach Streichhölzern, die hatten sie nicht. Mein lieber Mann, in einem doch eher Nobelrestaurant! Es springen unglaublich viele Bedienungen da rum, meist Männer, die die solventen Damen umgarnen. Vielleicht sind die Preise ja deshalb so hoch...

Service und Umgang mit dem Gast sind deutlich verbesserungswürdig! Das Essen selbst ist gut. Ach ja, und draußen stinkt's irgendwie. Erst dachte ich, da riecht jemand nach Zwiebeln. Da es aber jedes Mal so war, muss an etwas anderem liegen. Vielleicht ein Abfluss, das Gras oder das Holz. Ist...
