Not as good as expected. I was in the shop on a Saturday around 2 pm, bought 4 pieces of cake. The shop didn’t take any card for expensive cakes. And I ate the cake directly after buying them. But disappointedly, ALL the cake base were VERY DRY, not moist at all. That shouldn’t be the case for any bakery, not to mention even a Konditorei. And personally speaking, the cream and whatever fillings I got were quite flavorless. So all in all, was a very disappointing experience, wasted my cake quota of the day. Everything offered in this shop is exquisite, I kinda want to keep it all for myself. It's worth waiting in line, for however long, for whatever is left before she sells out. Amazing Japanese cakes and macarons. This place offers the closest taste you would get for those who knows what it is like in Japan. Will definitely come back.
So I went back to try more macarons. Yuzu, lime and chocolate are my favorite. They also have raspberry, lemon, vanilla, salted caramel and passion fruit, green tea. Best macarons I’ve ever had. They also have tasteful financier and marzipan.
