There is truly nothing Thai about the food in Sabai Sabai. Dishes are confusing, they are put together with 20 different vegetables, basically anything that was about to be thrown out at the shop in a prepacked sauce. Protein is cooked separately and then added to your order, making it tasteless and just not a practice one would ever see in Thailand. It doubles/triples the number of dish options for the house, but takes away from the taste. Often baby can be seen crawling on a dirty floor, and it was then picked up by father/mother which will then serve customers with the baby in their hand. They make it right there for you, I think during the day have their wells filled with the offerings. They have some tables that are full of different sauces to add to the meal.
