Asia Gourmet Imbiss — Local services in Stuttgart

This is not a review of the dishes but a report on the unacceptable behavior of the male cook. On September 22, 2021 after I ordered and paid for a dish I sat at one of the tables. After several minutes a female staff came asking for what I wanted and asked me to pay. I told her I paid already and showed her what I thought was a payment receipt. Then the male cook came over too. At that point the female staff (with golden highlight in her hair) who collected my payment had left the restaurant to do some shopping (A German customer told me about this). The male cook did not believe that I had paid and refused service to me. Two German customers (of South Asian ethnicity) told him they witnessed that I had paid. The male cook wouldn’t hear any of this and kind of shrugged them off, kept saying “no, no, no, no, ….”. So he thought the two South Asian German customers were lying? Or I was in some plot with these two German customers to cheat him of an 8.30 Euros dish? His attitude and demeanor toward me was very disgusting. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, the golden hair female staff returned from her shopping. The two Germans had a word with her about the unfair treatment I got and the unnecessary behavior of the cook. Ich sollte draußen warten, weil ich ne Box bestellt habe, anstatt etwas zum gleich essen. Sowas sollte man auf einem Schild kommunizieren und nicht wenn man keine Wahl mehr hat. Die Art von dem Paar hinter dem Thresen ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich oder gar kinderfreundlich. Kommunikation ist alles, das haben diese Pfaffenheimer leider nicht begriffen

Wir (waren drei Gäste) hatten das Gefühl das nur unser Geld, nicht aber wir selbst oder gar Kinder erwünscht sind. (Ähnliches haben wir schon mal bei einem Asiaten in der Wilhelmgalerie in Ludwigsburg gemacht, weshalb wir gleich nicht in das Lokal gegangen sind. Da stellt sich langsam die Frage wie der kulturelle Umgang von Asiaten mit Kindern ist.) Wenn man nur essen will, kann man das hier tun, ohne Service oder Kundenfreundlichkeit zu erwarten.. Das ist hier ein ziemliches Fremdwort. Der Kunde vor mir ist auch ziemlich Kopfschüttelnd raus gegangen.

Ich kann diese Lokalität nicht... Nicht... Nicht sowas von gar nicht empfehlen.

Lieber gebe ich das nächste Mal etwas mehr Geld beim Türken/ Araber/Inder oder gar im mecces nebenan aus und erlebe da wenigstens viel besseren Kundenservice.

Asia Gourmet Imbiss ist ein Nogo.. Alle Daumen runter für die nicht vorhandene Menschlichkeit.

Fazit: Seltsamerweise hatte ich die meisten Probleme immer mit Asiaten (Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel). Aber weniger bis keine Probleme bei Türken, Amerikanische Ketten, oder bei Deutschen.. Sogar meine Heimatrestaurants (Indien) waren ok... Aber Chinesen / Thailänder etc waren alle für den Allerwertesten.

Jetzt probiere ich es noch mit einem japanischen Restaurant, wenn das auch net passt,, dann Sorry andere dann...
