The place is probably nice, the team as well, I'm sorry I dont really know BUT THE WINE, is disgusting. We got 3 glasses of the first wine on the menu, I think it was a french cabernet red wine or something like that. It was SO UNDRINKABLE that we checked with the barmaid if everything was alright. Well apparently yes, that's what is was supposed to taste like. Let me tell you it was so horrible that we didn't drink it at all. Das Süßholz ist toll gelegen direkt am Wilhelmsplatz in der Innenstadt. Es hat den Charme eines "place to be's". Bedingungen hat es keine & man muss an der Bar bestellen. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt ist draußen sitzen super angenehm trotz der Straße und dem Verkehr. Allerdings haben wir einen Kritikpunkt: Wir haben 4 Aperol Spritz getrunken & alle 4 haben unterschiedlich geschmeckt. Der erste war der beste. Der 2 und 3 waren deutlich süßer und der 4 hatte von der Menge am wenigsten Inhalt. Der Schichtwechsel der Bardamen war direkt bemerkbar. Wenn ich mehrere Aperol trinke, möchte ich auch Aperol Spritz und nicht Aperol mit etwas Sekt und Wasser oder ein Aperol mit Sekt und Zitrone statt Orange und weniger Inhalt. Manchmal ist es eben doch besser den Aperol Spritz nicht nach Augenmaß zuzubereiten. Hier bitte nochmals...
