I tried to get in there 2 times after my vegan friend recommended me this place. Working hours are weird; they are either very full or very empty. They dont serve anything special, the food is ordinary. The service is German specific; no one cares about you and you need to smile a lot and ask yourself cos no one comes to your table, but rather talk to friends who stop by at their cafe. In comparison to a small Japanese place right next to them, where the service is on the GOD level! And they have full kitchen, not only coffee machine. I know there are not many vegan places in Ulm and the choice is very(!) limited, but this is not the reason to stay on the basic level and not to develop.
