The Pasty Shop London Paddington — Restaurant in Unterwössen

Hi I would like to tell you how much an amazing job Frida is doing at the pasty shop inside London Paddington station. Her non technical skills like self management and work management along with situational awareness is outstanding, for example it was a Sunday morning on 10/09/2023 and I was getting late to get my connection on the Bakerloo line and I was behind a long que for the pasty shop but she managed the que very well by multitasking in doing both hot drinks and serving food. Also gave me correct directions for my travel on the underground for Bakerloo line. Her customer service skills and multitasking abilities were very quick and cleared the whole que in very quick time as she understands the value of time of the passengers travelling and trying to make their connections and serves with excellent customer service and up selling along with the advise of taking extra care with the hot drinks. This is the second time to be served by the rudest and obnoxious guy there. I will not go to buy or pick up my food when his working. As a regular Other staff members are friendly but that guy that working there this afternoon around 5pm. Make you feel like it’s a privilege to be served by him and his very arrogant. I had to teach him manners today and reminded him to treat customers with respect and kindness. I love that pastry shop but when his there - need to avoid that place. Every morning , the highlight and start of my day is arriving at Paddington and being greeted by the warm smiles of Freda and Margarita who start making me a coffee as soon as they see me!:) They are an absolute tribute to your company and really brighten up my day!
