We recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Even though we had a reservation and were seated promptly, the service quickly deteriorated.
Our group, which included adults and children, was seated in a less desirable area near the back, and it felt like we were being overlooked. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink orders, and once we placed our food orders, the delays and issues continued.
While the second table in our group received their food first and almost finished eating, we were still waiting for our meals. When our dishes finally arrived, they were not up to standard. Some of the steaks were dry and chewy, and a few of the burgers were overcooked and missing sides. We also noticed that other diners who arrived after us were served and left before we even got our meals.
Throughout the entire experience, we felt dismissed and ignored, and it was hard not to feel like we were being treated differently. When it came time to get the check, it took almost an hour of repeatedly asking different staff members before anyone brought it to us, and still no apology for the delays or the poor service.
From the start, it was hard not to feel like we were being treated differently because we were the only black family in the restaurant. It’s disappointing to say that we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We truly hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and make improvements, because no one should have to go through an experience like this. Never again, clearly black people are...

While the food is certainly decent, the service leaves much to be desired, especially considering the price point.
Our party of four, including one vegetarian, made a reservation on a Friday evening. For starters, we enjoyed the tiger shrimp, chicken chopsticks, and mozzarella and tomato salad. However, the vegetarian starter unexpectedly included pesto, which can be a risky ingredient for those with allergies.
For the main course, we ordered two steaks, which were cooked to a medium-rare doneness without prior inquiry (luckily we like it medium-rare, but YMMV). The vegetarian burger, unfortunately, was underwhelming and seemed pre-prepared.
The real disappointment, however, was the service. From the outset, there were missteps, such as pouring cola into water glasses and spilling an aperitif onto the table. The staff's response was lackluster, and the spilled drink was not replaced. Additionally, requests for the wine list and more bottled water were ignored. The most egregious oversight occurred when the main courses arrived without clearing the table of dirty plates and utensils. We had to clear the table ourselves and then wait for new cutlery.
In conclusion, while the food is satisfactory, the subpar service significantly detracts from the overall...
Read moreThe food is ok, the atmosphere is nice, but the waiters are unprofessional. First the waiter came with french and German menus, we have requested an English one but none were brought to us. And after a whole day in Europe park we were out of battery on our phones so it was really difficult to order something different than burgers. First the waiter came request for drinks order, we tried to order food and he said- NO, DRINKS ONLY. I though that he is a drunk runner and expected some special waiter to come and take our order for the food but unfortunately he just came back 1 min later- the same guy to take the food order. So it’s obvious that he was just too lazy to choose the food option on the phone while placing the order for us. He was rolling his eyes several times while speaking to us. After I refused a drink he decided to remove the glasses and dropped 2 of them in the table together with the salt and pepper and hit one of my friends. My boyfriend requested a tap water and the same rolling eyes waiter refused without any explanation and said he is only selling water. Also I was forced to order a side dish for the burger which is followed by additional...
