The owner has been impolite and agressive towards my wife and I

This man says about himself to be the owner, he is arround fifty and wears a white beard.

When I dared to ask for another wine cause the one he gave me was really too warm he decided to come back with a really cold glass of wine to make us look silly and he gave us this glass with arrogance and sarcasm from the most aggressive way he can and he said : This is the glass of cold wine for Madame

My wife felt offended and embarrassed

So I asked him to give us another white wine to be sure about the temperature. For his defence, the owner said: it’s normal if the red wine is too warm it’s because it’s 40 degrees and it’s summer.

Then the starter we ordered arrived and, the plate was nearly thrown on the table so I said : enough ! we leave this place

I went Inside the restaurent to tell him that he shouldn’t have a restaurant because he’s really impolite and a woman inside with an average corpulence attacked me with the pizza shovel by putting this tool at the front of my face.

Then the owner put pressure on me and pushed my shoulder with his hand. They were so aggressive, they tried to push me out of myself and provoke me but I decided to let those persons and don’t be as stupid as them, it was...

Rude staff Visiting Friedrichshafen for just a day, we wanted to have a late lunch at some point. We choose Pizzeria Centrale because it offers vegan options - according to TripAdvisor. The menu had just two vegan options - a pizza with beet root (which I can't eat) and a pasta dish. Although I didn't really fancy pasta I ordered it cause husband and daughter found something they wanted. The waitress told me I could put together a different pizza but without cheese. I just answered that wouldn't be a pizza then and told her I would stick with the pasta dish. However, while I went to the loo, we were thrown out of the restaurant by an elderly gentleman - he didn't wear typical waiters clothes so I am not sure who he was. He did not give a reason, just took cutlery and spice away and said we'd better eat somewhere else. When our daughter said "Oh, if you don't want our money that's fine with us." he answered in a very rude way. ("Halt die Schnauze!") . I've never ever been treated like that before and would strongly recommend to stay away...

I went here for lunch with my gf. I was resting my head on the table before ordering as she had gone to freshen up, and I was pretty tired. For context we are tourists and had arrived in the city very early in the morning (6am) and by 12pm I was tired and was resting my head. The owner asked me not to do that in "his restaurant", and said so very rudely. And at the end he said, "verstanden?" in an extremely bad tone. I tried to explain this to him, and the wait staff, and their hospitality was genuinely appalling. I do not recommend going here if you are a tourist looking for a place to wind down and relax while having a meal. It's a shame because we are huge foodies and would have probably eaten a lot of food here.
