Isst Balance Titisee — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Titisee-Neustadt

One of the best restaurants in Titisee.

Titisee is a tourist place, so most restaurants make food for the tourists very basic stuff.

After some looking around I saw this place, just outside the main area. So decided to try it out.

The restaurant looks nice and modern. The food is very good, fresh, tasty and it looks good.

I have been here 2 days in a row, the first day it wasn't busy and I got my food fast, everything was perfect. The second day it was busier and it took a lot longer before they got to my table and after that serve my food. Therefore one less star, it's something that needs attention. But personel is very friendly at least

If you have the time and want some healthier food, you should try...

Ordered tonkutsu ramen and lu rou fan. The charsiew in the noodles was very thinly sliced (tasted good). The broth was meh.

Lu rou fan was okay.

Rang the bell 3x but no one came.

What was not good was that all the staff didn't know the ingredients of the ice cream. When I wanted to try a flavour, she dropped the sample into my hand. Very unhygienic and rude. I had to ask for a spoon.

Good luck though. The male owner was nice.

We ordered beef noodles and Q burger. The meals were delicious. The burger was quite different from those common hamburgers. It had various kinds of veggies and soy-stewed pork instead of patty. A creative fusion of Western and Chinese foods. The owners of the restaurant were both kind and welcoming. The dining area was clean and bright. Everything was just perfect. It was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend...
