Pizzeria Raffaele — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Titisee-Neustadt

We visited for dinner with friends after seeing the 4.5-star rating, but our experience was very disappointing. The pizza looked good, but the tomatocreme soup was disaster and tasted like watered-down tomato paste—completely unappetizing.

The service was even worse. No one came to take our drink orders, and we had to go to the kitchen ourselves multiple times just to order or request anything. Even when it came time to pay, no one brought the bill—we had to go up to the counter because we were running late.

Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not go back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

We went there and we were served really quickly in a really friendly manner and we had some of the best Italian food that we have eaten outside of Italy.

Very convenient location, right behind the big parking lot at Titisee, could be very crowded during peak hours. Service was good and friendly. Pizzas were good in taste and made of fresh dough. Not at all touristy. As most of other eating options are touristic in nature. Most of drinks and materials used for preparations were of normal supermarket quality but tasted quite good.
