While visiting Weisbaden recently, ​my friend brought me to Fusion 124, and honestly, it’s not just a restaurant or bar—it’s a VIBE, thanks almost entirely to the owner, Adi.

​Adi is the definition of an excellent bartender, owner, and host all rolled into one. His enthusiasm for his craft is infectious, and the atmosphere he cultivates is second to none. ​Now, let's talk about the cocktails. I am someone who does NOT drink gin—never have, never will ... or so I thought. Adi is a true artist. Over the course of three consecutive days, I found myself back at Fusion 124, enthusiastically trying his creations. He custom-mixed gin cocktails that were so perfectly balanced, so creative, and so incredibly smooth that I was completely converted. These are, without a doubt, the best cocktails I have ever had!

Great service, food, and vibe all in one place! This spot just opened last week and is perfect for happy hour. All of the food is delicious and super fresh.
