This Douglas is the worst I’ve ever been into, the staff are very rude, yesterday I had a lady that kicked me out from there, telling me I need to pay now and leave the shop because is closing, last time I wanted to buy an Esther Lauder serum and face cream, so I wanted to try to see if I fully liked the feeling on my skin again, because it’s so expensive I wanted to double check, and there was a blond lady upstairs that kept following me and saying how I couldn’t touch and use the product. The product are literally there to be tested. I love Douglas but the experience in Wiesbaden just makes me hate it over and over. I wanted to get some makeup for my skin, because I’m black, I don’t bend so much for makeup I just love very good skincare products, but lately I’ve been having some dark circles around my eyes and I needed some concealer, the lady downstairs said to me that if I’m not willing to buy a Dior concealer, there was nothing in Douglas for my skin. I am a regular Dougles customer i have no issue with store supporting staff but the security guy made me feel really uncomfortable. I am new in Germany i just asked from the security guy where is men’s section and then he starting to staring me and didn’t reply . Even he can said that I don’t know but I was followed around by the security guy the entire time. He even followed me when I took the elevator down to the first floor. This never happened to me before and made me feel I was doing something illegal. I thought I was paranoid at first, but reading other comments made me realize I am not the only one this happened to.
