Ordered a burger this evening and collected. I live 60 metres away. In opening the pack containing the burger and potato pieces , they had not been separated so the burger bun was soggy and wet on top and bottom. The moisture from the potatoes and the fact the burger Pattie was pink in the middle tasting not properly cooked made it a mess of a burger. I will never buy another from Hugo and Tilda. Very disappointed! Tried again with a burger. It was uncooked in the middle.I phoned them , the owner apologized offered me another burger or my money returned . I chose the burger . When it arrived I could not see any onions as previously ordered, but did not phone them back as I was too hungry by then .The potatoes that came with the first burger were burnt and tasteless . The second amount with the new burger was not as burnt but without any salt to flavour they came with plastic containers of tomato sauce and mayonnaise. Very sorely disappointed. My fault for not just asking for my money back and wasted time. I WILL NOT BUY BURGERS FROM...

My first visit there was pure joy. Very tasty food. Restaurant has an extremely cozy setting and friendly stuff. The only thing which made me feel a bit upset: my guest tried to ask for a glass of warm water because of some health issues with stomach, but it turned out to be impossible. This was a small quiet restaurant. I ate the thinly sliced meat with arugula and parmesan on top (cappriccio) and it was delightful. I went with a group, and making a reservation was easy and professional. He forgot my seasonal mushrooms but fixed it right away. My meal was small and very satisfying. The perfect meal.

The patio was nice and shady and the area was quiet. I hope to try dinner...
