I came to town from the Central Region for a Forum, and a friend suggested we visit this spot. The vibe reminds you of a State Side sports bar.
We arrived in the afternoon so wasn't too busy. We were greeted and seated inside as there was outdoor seating as well. We were served by Deon, a very nice guy who expressed that we would love the food! He made a couple of suggestions and I agree with him now.
I wanted small plate experiences as there were a variety of items I wanted to try...went with spicy chicken wings, calamari, veggie spring rolls, prawn tacos, greens salad, and two awesome drinks; passion fruit margarita and pina colada for my friend. Only hiccup were one item was not available and no crouton as advertised on the salad - the balsamic n oil dressing was wonderful. Sadly, I didn't take any pics of the food...
Everything was great from the presentation to taste. I can say my favourite was the spicy chicken wings and calamari! [I suggest a dipping sauce]. I wanted to order takeout and didn't as I had a few places to go before I could store them yet was sad I didn't because I was craving more in the evening đ . The passion fruit margarita was fabulous! Pic available.
I appreciate the attentive and friendly service -- medaase Deon and others who promptly cleared the table and asked if we needed anything.
I will return and recommend this place. They have plenty to offer - Big Up family, keep up the...
Read moreReally loved this place. My fella wanted to watch the football whilst we were already out so we thought we'd try here. The big screen was just perfect for him and they had smaller screens around that were also playing other matches and sports.
The service was excellent and the decor was comfortable and well presented.
We order the wings, the tempura prawns, the BBQ burger and the prawn Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious đ the chips were not the best I've tasted but that could be the oil they use.
Now here's the thing, a small Origin was 35 cedis! Madness! Not sure why they feel the need to make the prices so high! It's a huge space with few customers. Given there were two premiere League matches on the place should have been buzzing. In my opinion, if the drinks were more affordable to locals the place would be busier thus a higher revenue at the end of a night!...
