My friend and I went to SOHO last night, 31 March 2023. We hadn't seen each other in a couple of weeks, so we were looking forward to catching up over dinner, cocktails and live entertainment.

Unfortunately this place has the atmosphere of a neighborhood chop bar, which is not what we wanted or expected. We assumed it was going to be on par with the SkyBar and other upscale establishments in Accra because of the price point. We were wrong.

The place was so loud that we could not stay long enough to be seated. The DJ absolutely refused to lower the music even the tiniest bit. We were literally shouting like market women in order for the hostess to hear us. It was our first and last time at SOHO.

There are far too many restaurants and lounges in Accra to deal with subpar customer service and obnoxious staff. Thankfully we were able to get a table at the Polo...

For the grown ups👍. Their in-house artist, she's a very good performer. The Dj -100 (this is what I noticed as a music lover to grade the DJ 💯, I believe he had his playlist and practice for the evening. So I noticed he did not pay attention to anyone who approached him to play one music or the other. That's a good DJ. he had this tempo for the evening and for as who wanted to have mad fun and it worked. Cos the house ended up with a formation dance and It was lovely) Security outside and inside 💯 Swift customer service - 💯 And I think because the place is made for the matured minds, it's easily to mingle and make good friends. My 1st time there, and I enjoyed every minute. I will go back 😊

I hope they maintain the level...

There is a lack of clarity on dress code requirements and front door personnel are selective in their enforcement of unwritten policies. These verbal policies are undocumented and appear to be based on biased opinions of the appearance of patrons seeking entry. One individual may be allowed to enter with jeans, a t-shirt and tennis shoes while another may be denied entry due to a ghost policy on flats being required to have a back (as indicated for the pair of shoes shown below) or not being allowed at all (as initially indicated by the front door and then modified upon questioning). My recommendation to the owner: clearly communicate the existence of and rationale for dress code policies to patrons...

What a disaster, sorry for this I’m not use to do it but, the waiter was unprofessional and very unpolite. The order arrive 50m after, spring rolls totally cold and grilled prawns cold and super spice, something out of order and crazy spicy. We were all the time polite with them, so I don’t understand the problem. Only 2 tables on the restaurant inside. The only good thing was the live music (relax saxo and violin)

A very nice bar in Airport area. The crowd were less about dancing then just socialising. It's a great place to take a date or be with friends. If you're not buying drinks/food and sitting at a table they are likely to ask you to move if they are busy and need to give the space to someone else. The fruit juice they use is cheap though. For the price of drinks I expect a better quality of juice, not Rubicon!
