I am deeply disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled regarding my recent order. I placed an order through your website, providing my exact location along with a clear landmark. However, the shop attendant failed to input the correct details, instead choosing to enter āEast Legonā as the destination on Yangoāwithout even calling to confirm or clarify. East Legon is a vast area, and I have no idea how she expected the delivery driver to pinpoint my exact location without the right information.
As a result, when the driver reached the incorrect location and called me, I had to explain the mistake. By the time the boba was finally delivered, it was completely destroyed. Frustrated, I called to file a complaint, only to receive a WhatsApp message saying I would be called back. I waited, but no call came. When I followed up, I was told, āWe are busy,ā before the lady abruptly hung up on me. Now, my calls are being ignored entirely.
This experience has been incredibly upsetting. Not only was my order ruined, but the complete disregard for my complaint has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I paid for a product I never got to enjoy, and to make matters worse, I have received no form of compensation.
This is simply unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially when the fault was not theirs. I expected much better from your establishment, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve...

My order was a Taro flovored Boba. In other boba spots we've tried there is an option for just the caramel flavor. We asked if this was possible because we saw only the caramel-lotus flavor on the menu. My friend who is allergic to LOTUS ASKED if she could have one without the lotus basically JUST CARAMEL. We were ASSURED that we would be able to get the caramel only flavor. After getting our order we left CAFE de Boba and tried our boba in the car mine was fine. My friend could have DIED. She tried a bit of it and realised there was lotus in it. We called back asking why there was lotus in the boba and the server said that she did not hear us ask for the caramel only boba. We were then told to send it back so it could be replaced. In the process of ordering the dispatch to send it back the lady called and told us we could not send it back because management said she cannot replace an opened drink. They also didn't provide alternatives or describe other flavors, which would have been appreciated. The atmosphere overall was unwelcoming.
On a positive note, the service was quickāI was in and out in about five minutes. However, they didn't ask for my name to write on the cup as I've seen them do for others on social media, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to that personal touch.
Regarding the boba tea itself, I ordered the caramel flavor, but I found it too thick. The boba pearls, however, were soft and chewy, which was the only enjoyable aspect of the drink.
