Dear Owner of Le Petit Oiseau,
Since you want to do this then let’s go ahead. Before you speak and tell a potential customer something was incorrect I would advise you get your facts right first!!!! What do you mean??? Are you trying to make us out to be liars??? Since you would like to take this route let me give you the facts! It seems you were uninformed The call was placed at exactly 9:25 pm. You can check your call log! Where did you get the information that we called at 9:47 pm?????
When the call was placed, there was an enquiry made as to whether booking a reservation was still possible. Caller was then told that this indeed was still possible. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE WAS THE CALLER TOLD THE PLACE WAS FULLY BOOKED!! Why on earth would we have that sort of entitlement if we didn’t have a reservation booked??
You can check your cameras to see the interaction we had with your staff (a lady) who seated us outside to wait. Since we were obviously peeved, we asked why this situation was happening when they could’ve easily saved us the trip by telling us the place was fully booked. After waiting for some minutes, we decided to leave since this was totally unacceptable. Again, check your cameras to see if your staff didn’t follow us to our car to apologize and begged us to stay. We declined because there was nowhere to sit
We received a call acknowledging the incident after which we received an apology and a good gesture from your team (that I can commend you on). However,I just got here to see that you painted us to be liars by saying this was incorrect!!! I take serious offense to you behaving in this unethical manner! This is a public forum! As such kindly desist from calling someone a liar here just to suit your wishes. It will not be taken kindly! That I assure you of! In case you want to spew more lies we can continue...
Read moreOur visit to Le Petit Oiseau was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the tone for an incredible dining experience.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The balance of fresh ingredients and creative preparation made each bite memorable.
We also want to give special thanks to our waitress, Deborah, who went above and beyond to make our night truly special. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. She recommended some fantastic cocktails and a good wine that perfectly complemented our meal, showing a keen understanding of the menu and what would suit our tastes.
Le Petit Oiseau is a gem in Accra, and we left feeling thoroughly impressed. It’s the perfect spot for a special evening, and we can’t wait to...
Read moreI had a lovely time here at “Le petit oiseau”. We had for starters the deep fried calamari and the ravioli bisque. Calamari was a win but the lobster bisque was quite on the salty side..it’s such a shame because it was so flavorful. We ordered the spicy brown rice with Guinea fowl and the goat espetata with green beans. The bird and goat were pleasantly tender, brown rice was spot on delicious. On second visit, we tried the steak au poivre (Good Lord.. That pepper corn sauce was everything! So delicious!), chicken fricassée (another good one) We were served palate cleanser in shot glasses on the house (definitely a nice touch). To finish, we had the sticky toffee pudding. It was delicioso 😋🤤. Overall, great ambiance, great service and cozy. P.S cassava lyonnaise is cassava crisp I highly recommend this restaurant and I’ll definitely be back here soon for some...
