Pan and Cook - Labone — Restaurant in Accra

Update The manager got in touch and was very apologetic. He sought constructive feedback as to how to improve the establishment and seemed genuinely passionate about providing a better experience for customers. He invited me to the establishment and I had a wonderfully refreshing lemonade and delicious pancakes. He provided an update as to new measures being taken to improve service and the staff today were much more engaged. I left impressed and have no doubt that Pan & Cook will be restored to its former greatness for us all to enjoy.

To the management: thank you so much for taking the original comment seriously and implementing the feedback. I will certainly recommend to friends and family!
