vida e caffe - KIA Terminal 3 — Restaurant in Accra

Wow I'm very shocked. Vida e Caffe has been a favourite of mine for a long time and had good experience at other branches but the international airport version (check-in food court branch) is beyond terrible. I tried giving zero stars but unfortunately not possible......so a reluctant "over praise" one star will have to suffice

Staff really don't want to be there and it is a huge effort for them to provide assistance. Initially I thought the lady behind the counter was pregnant as it took sooooo long for her to get out of her chair.

Only juice available is pineapple. Asking if it is fresh resulted in a very "strained" and "too much effort" shake of the head indicating no. Words are "too much effort"

No smoothies either!

Vida e Caffe.............bravo!!!! Worst branch...

This café at the airport is a decent option if you need to kill some time while waiting for your flight. Among the available choices, it stands out as one of the better ones. The coffee is solid, the snacks are okay, and the seating is relatively comfortable. Don’t expect anything extraordinary, but for an airport café, it does the job. Service is generally friendly, and the atmosphere is calm enough to relax or catch up on some work. A reliable spot for a short break...

I had a terrible experience here. I was asking about the price of a food item in the display while trying to find a reference on it on their digital board. The said food item wasn’t there. Lady at the counter rudely said in “it’s just there” as if to tell me “what you see is what you get so make up your mind”

To make matters worse, it was the worst wrap I have had in a while. Not fresh and super salty too....
