Tribeca Ghana — Restaurant in Accra

It’s rare to go to a restaurant in Accra that can handle modifications, efficient service, great food, and beautiful atmosphere at the same time. However, Tribeca ticks all the boxes.

I went with friends as we explore restaurants in the city. We were fortunate to get a table, because it got packed soon after our arrival. The restaurant inside and out is beautiful. Make sure make a reservation first.

Rami the manager knows how to work a room and welcomed us with open arms. Mariam our server was beautiful, patient, and kind. Definitely a great night out. And the chef also made an appearance and was super personable.

The food was great and I was definitely having food envy watching the plates come out the kitchen. The drinks had a good flavor. We were not disappointed with our food. The only thing we didn’t like was the yam dessert, only because the coconut and passion fruit was a crowd favorite.

This is a perfect date night spot. Customer service was great, the waiters pay attention to what you want. I had the Mask cocktail which was recommended by one of the waitresses and it was really good. We had the cow bun as a starter and it was delicious. The bun was soft and nice. With the main, I ordered This Little Pig Went to the Market ( it came with sushi rice as the base,Roasted pork belly which was really really good, pickled eggs, surrounded by some vegetables and drizzled with honey sesame dressing) - It was okay but I’m a picky eater so I didn’t like some of the vegetables it came with. They want to give you an upper end feel as a restaurant but this did not turn out to be my experience. Cheezy balls ordered from the appetisers and several balls were not fully defrosted and thus still cold inside. Pleasant decor and quite nice interior. Service was just ok, nothing special. Furthermore, the air conditioning also leaked on my polo.

UPDATE A few days later, we went back again and this time the food was a lot better. Manager immediately realised that we were not satisfied the first time and offered a free dessert as compensation. The same A/C still hadn't been repaired, so it was still leaking. Reported this...
