Day 1/Night 1Right from the moment I stepped into this hotel, I got the best excellent treatment. The lady at the front desk(preggy Lady) was the kindest and most considerate person I have ever met. I could not use my Nigerian ATM card, I did not have cash on me to even pay the cab man, she offered to loan me 25Ghana Cedis. That was not only, in trust she even checked me so that am not totally stranded. WOWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!! . Eric and Ishmael (Front desk) were so kind and warm in supporting my settling in without a dime. LOL !!! Even before getting to the hotel, One Samuel on the Front desk had proactively written me offering a discounted rates which nailed it for me.
Day2: Zetu (Front Desk) helped me order an uber and was asking that I take breakfast. When I could not get back for breakfast till later in the day, I could not believe that she still was interested in my well being. Speaking to her on morning 2, she expressed her concern when I did not come back for breakfast.
Room service did an amazing job keeping the room clean
This hotel is far too affordable for what I saw, Had a sitting room different from the bedroom. Sharp Wifi connectivity
Well made breakfast, hmmmmmmm I enjoyed croissant.
I will come back here again...
Read moreTheir director manager is a very cunning con man. Our company has lots of business in Ghana and brought many people to the hotel to stay. I helped the hotel make money, but the cleaner they hired would always steals our guest's money from their pockets. We knew who is the thief, so I requested hotel manager to fire him, but they didn't. Finally my another guest lost his money $ 2,600 in our third theft. President of our company was really angry. We asked for the the money back. They seemed to try to cover up for a solution on the day of the incident, but as time went by, they began to gloss over. He spent two months simply repeating his promise to wait for the police investigation. Despite the obvious suspicion, the hotel's fragile security and willingness to avoid their responsibilities are still going nowhere. General manager who was trying to solve the problem was fired. You know why the general manager got fired? Director manager said "she talked to us "unnecessary things" a lot". Funny isn't it?
I would be very sorry if you stayed in such a fake and...
Read moreThe Earl Hights Suites Hotel is one of the top hotels in Ghana. I brought five students from the US for a study abroad program and three days before we left, we stayed at the Earl Hight, it was simply beautiful. Their facilities, the design/space of the rooms, their services from each of the employees was very outstanding. Especially Rose at the front desk, her quality of communication, caring and awareness that she gave was really great and professional. My students had to FaceTime their families and friends back in the US to show off everything. There’s no two ways about the fact that this is a great hotel to stay at and where I will stay with my students when next I return.
Thanks a lot Rose, you and your colleagues made me and my students stay at your hotel Earl Hight really enjoyable and make us feel at home. We’re coming...
