We had a wonderful experience at Zombos in Agios Giorgios, Antiparos. The service and atmosphere were both friendly and calm. One of the things we appreciated most was the absence of background music — such a relief to simply enjoy the sounds of nature. The ambience is beautifully relaxing, with tables generously spaced apart, giving a real sense of ease and comfort.

From the warm welcome by Noor, whose service was excellent, to the dedication of Ana and her husband, the owners, it was clear that this is a place run with heart. They are humble and committed to offering fresh, traditional Greek food prepared with authenticity.

The Greek salad was absolutely sensational, bursting with flavour. The fish, grilled simply over charcoal, was perfect — exactly how it should be. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant unpretentious, offering genuinely great value for money.

We are quite particular diners with certain food preferences, and the team kindly and thoughtfully catered to them without hesitation.

Zombos is a restaurant that is truly worth a visit! I had the opportunity to try the moussaka and the fresh salad, and I can say they were delicious. The homemade bread that accompanied the meal was a real treat, super tasty!
