I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flamingos during my holiday – a restaurant that left an indelible mark on my break away. Over the course of 7 days, we found ourselves returning here 5 times and for good reason.

Nestled amidst a plethora of eateries boasting Greek cuisine, this particular restaurant stood head and shoulders above the rest. What truly set it apart was the exceptional atmosphere. The bustling ambiance created an inviting aura that we really enjoyed. It was the kind of place where locals and tourists alike congregated, forming a vibrant tapestry of diners.

What truly elevated the experience was the staff and their engagement with the diners. Their genuine warmth and enthusiasm for serving customers elevated the already memorable dining experience. They took a genuine interest in our time in Kefalonia.

Yet, the pièce de résistance was undeniably the food. Each dish was a masterpiece in itself – freshly prepared, of the highest quality, and sourced from local ingredients that tasted authentic. Went to this restaurant tonight with expectations of having a culinary experience that rises up to the looks of the place. Unfortunately, the beef steak that we order (although asked how we would prefer it) was overcooked (we ordered a medium and got very well done). The calamari in the main dish were very few (no more than 10 small rings), not at all crispy and full of oil. We enjoyed the fries and the cherry shot we got on the house. We haven’t been asked for any feedback by the staff so the information only ended up as a google review.
