Usually enjoy it here- been going at least once per holiday for last seven years. Great surroundings, friendly staff and generally good food.

In the past I've rated 4 to 5 stars but this year dropped to three. Prices have just reached silly levels. Think my Stifado was 18euro when the average in the resort is 10 to 12. It was no better than anywhere else and the water from the vegetables made my chips soggy. The Mastic Chicken was weird. I quite liked the flavour but the chicken was tepid, dry and gristly. It came with some unusual crispy hay type adornment and no vegetables. My partner was actually waiting for a side dish of vegetables before starting. Although it's probably the nicest ambience in Skala and has very friendly, welcoming staff I think they've taken their eye off two important factors- the food and the prices. They refunded the chicken dish but said we should have told them earlier- sorry but I'm not a fan of someone in the party having to wait for another main meal to be cooked. Spoils the occasion either way. Hopefully we'll give it one last chance...

The best restaurant in Kefalonia. We have been there several times and every time is unique. High quality plates and the food is always fresh. We have tried many different plates and all of them were amazing, full of taste and really nice presented. The staff is always polite, smiling and willing to help with each question you may have. The atmosphere is really nice and chilled, music is always the best music ti enjoy your meal. Even the flowers on the tables are beautiful. The owners, Nick and Jimmy, are really friendly and you can see that the love what they do. The table service is excellent (the table was always clean by the waiters). Prices are normal for the quality, taste and service you get. Highly recommended, even if you are staying at the other side of the island, its all worth it to travel just for this restaurant. Michelin star experience whilst on holiday in Skala, Kefalonia. An exquisite menu across the board of appetizers, starters, mains & desserts. Fab wine list & great new cocktail menu. Excellent service & of course the local celebrity Sylvester the cat! This is truly the best restaurant across Kefalona that we have eaten in over a span of 18 years of holidaying on the island some times twice a year. Greek cuisine with a modern twist both traditional dishes & some from around the world. If you are celebrating a special occasion it is a total must to book here. Carefully & tastefully updated in every way each year so the ambience is perfect whether you prefer to be outside at the front, inside at the front or around the side where we prefer to to be more private.
