An extraordinary patisserie located on the Skala Poros road. Arrive early for the most choices. My photos were taken at 9:30 pm and they still had many delicious items available. I had the strawberry topped pastry with cream filled with cherry. So delicious! Their ice cream looks incredible. I have not tried it, but two friends with us had it. Their portions were very large for 2 euro and they said it was very tasty. They also sell mini premade ice creams cones / bars which are great to keep in your freezer. We found Sugaro in June while we were hunting for the perfect Orange Pie (portokalopita) for our wedding cake - an unusual request but it's our favourite! After tasting a slice of the Sugaro orange pie from a smaller shop in Skala, we knew it was the one. We met Stefania at the bakery and explained what we were looking for, and she made the rest very easy for us. This is very good value for money. It cost me €4 for a two scoop ice cream cone. It is a nice little shop, my reasoning for not giving 5 stars is I think the flavours could be better. I had coconut with blueberry and lemon pie. I'm simple so plain coconut ice cream would've done me, the lemon pie was interesting but id rather a mint choc chip.
