What a fantastic find. This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere was brilliant, the music great and very relaxing for an evening meal. The staff were very attentive and courteous. They provided the right amount of time to allow us to make our choices for food. Now for the real reason you need to visit this restaurant…the food… oh my goodness, the food was amazing. We had starters of Camembert and cranberry jelly and the potatoes with bacon. We shared these between us and we’re provided small plates by the very attentive staff. For mains we had smoked salmon ravioli and chicken risotto. Both dishes were awesome. The food along with the house rose wine was the perfect accompaniment. Had pork souvlaki, unfortunately wasn't what I have expected, it had fridge taste probably the meat wasn't that fresh. Wife had calamari salad, it wasn't a good choice either. Few pieces of calamari on a salad without any taste just as it was got our from a bag sold at the supermarket without dressing. Kids got burgers from kids menu, they were ok with them. Friend got an angus burger but was quite poor as taste, in the bread there was some grilled onion and the piece of meat salad and some sauce was put next on the plate so...also wasn't a good option. From the minute you arrive, you are greeted by attentive staff. They are welcoming without being over the top. The menu has good choices at a budget to suit pretty much everyone. The food is excellent! Good quality produce and presented beautifully. The chef is obviously incredibly well trained. The waiting staff seem to be managed by Panos who used to be in Paspalis but has moved across. His move to this restaurant brings the same friendliness, professionalism and warmth that helps make it a really great new restaurant in Skala.
