Spent a last minute one week holiday here at the end of Sept 2022. What a lovely family run hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room at the back of the hotel which seemed quite new and was really spacious. The maid did a good job of cleaning the room each day and towels were changed when needed. Room came with twin beds(very comfortable), shower, air con (free in deluxe room), plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, TV (did not use), fridge (used to keep drinks cool), kettle and a balcony. Breakfast was continental style - scrambled egg, bacon (European), sausage, beans, bread, grill for making toast, Greek yoghurt, plenty of fruit, cereal - you get the idea- there was plenty of choice and it was all good quality. Pool was big enough (all be it cool at the end of September but nice and refreshing), plenty of sunbeds to choose from and poolside was nice and clean and private. Restaurant was an outside taverna style, with covering and was open for lunch, snacks and evening meals. Facing the beach, the taverna was very popular with residents and passing trade and the quality of food was very good. We ate here most lunchtimes but only once on an evening because we wanted to take in other places in skala. Food was always very good and priced similar to other places. The bar is to the side of the taverna and we always tried to have a drink here as we went out for the evening and when we returned. Drinks are reasonably priced and a good mix. Happy hour 5-7pm where cocktails and long drinks are reduced. Most places along the beach front have a happy hour (or two or even three in some places but don't expect 2 for 1 prices like the old days!). Everyone has to make a living! Staff- everyone here at paspalis are very polite, hard working, helpful and always smiling. That makes a difference to your holiday. It makes you want to return. We met lots of people who come back year after year to this hotel. Location - very good location on the beachfront on the edge of Skala. Having a meal or drink in the taverna and being able to look out to the seaview is a plus. Being on the edge of town means it is nice and quiet away from any hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to other tavernas, restaurants and bars (2 minutes walk). Definitely recommended this hotel. Skala itself has a lovely long beach, with a fair bit of shingle. There are plenty of places to eat and drink (lookup on TripAdvisor) within walking distance of each other and all the ones we visited were very good quality and prices do not...

We returned a week ago from a fabulous 7 night stay at Paspalis Hotel. We had a fantastic holiday & would highly recommend Paspalis Hotel. Rooms were cleaned & tidied everyday, bathroom towels were replaced every other day. The pool area was always clean & immaculate, as were the pool side toilets/shower rooms. We stayed at the beginning of the school summer holidays & sunbeds were always available….no-one reserving sunbeds at stupid o’clock, which was a breath of fresh air!!! All of the staff were always very friendly, welcoming & attentive. Breakfast was simple but had all the basics you really needed…selection of white or wholemeal breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, continental selection, greek yoghurt, honey, jam, marmalade, chocolate spread, cereals & fresh fruit. We must again say a huge thank you to Paspalis for our sons daily greek village sausage, which was cooked especially for him each morning, which he absolutely loved! We ate at the hotel’s Taverna most lunchtimes, & the food was always absolutely delicious! |The location of the hotel is perfect, 45 minute private transfer from the airport, just across the road from the beach, and a 5/10 minute stroll to Skala’s main strip, which has lots of lovely Tavernas & a few cocktail bars. We cannot wait to return to Paspalis...

Just returned from a 10 day at this Hotel and was genuinely sad to leave. This has been without a doubt one of the nicest holidays I've been on. The location of the hotel is amazing with the beach just across the road and the main centre a mere 10 minutes stroll.|The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. We had room 47 which appeared to be the newer block and on the top floor with amazing views of the pool and sea. It was cleaned every day to a high standard. |The pool was fabulous and plenty of sun beds. There were the usual get up at daft o'clock bridge to get towels out and some cheekier ones that did it the night before but this didn't spoil it and we managed to get a sunbed each day without major issues.|The breakfast was great lots of choice from Greek style, Continental and hot choices.|The meals at the hotel restaurant were superb and we ate there a few times during our stay and we're not disappointed. |There is a book swap in reception which was brilliant as I had read the three I brought from home and was then able to swap these for other books. |All in all I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and this being our first trip to here we were blown away and most definitely will be returning in the future. Thank you so much for such an...

This review is for the Restaurant section of the Hotel as we only went as guests on it and we stayed somewhere else. I think this is one of the best restaurants you can have meals in from Skala. It was the second time we went here (after a break of 2 years, Covid period included) and we were kind of afraid that the quality of food might have changed, but have been very happy to notice it has not. Still great service with nice people that offer you suggestions and are very friendly, prices are good and the view amazing as always – eating while seeing the beautiful green-blue sea. We eat here a couple of times for both lunch and dinner and everything we tried was really good – from the fish variety we tried sardines, octopus, seafood with pasta. Gyros a couple of times and also some vegetarian dishes like Greek salad and humus. I would dare to say this was the place where I ate the best sardines, octopus and humus from the city and also the best well balanced Portokalopita. The restaurant is kids friendly – it has a kids menu as well and I think it allows pets as well. If we choose to visit the city for the 3rd time for sure we will come back to eat here.

We stayed here for four days its a nice little place for a chilled getaway there's not much to do especially for kids it has a nice pool & is a stones throw away from the beach breakfast is good they have the normal choice we did half board so had evening meals here they have a separate menu which isn't to bad if your not staying to long the portions are really good the room we stayed in was basic but fine beds are comfy with there is kettle a & a fridge in the room no hairdryer you have to pay for air conditioning per day which is €5 we r enjoyed our stay here staff are lovely & friendly
