Over Water is located on first floor and is adult only while sister restaurant Water serves the same short menu for the whole family on the ground floor. One of the best restaurant in Sani with a focus on Mediterranean and French kitchen. Serving a choice of dishes by Three Michelin Star chef Mauro Colagreco who recently was awarded #1 of the 50 Best Restaurant 2019 with his restaurant Mirazur. All dishes we had were very excellent and the restaurant has a very good selection of wines and digestives as well. The king crab starter is awesome. Also taste the home made bread.

Excellent restaurant gastronomique. Carte minimaliste mais efficace on y trouve du poisson de la viande et un peu de tout. Le carpaccio de langoustines était bon. L'agneau bien cuit et sauce au top. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le dessert de vanille très fin frais et léger. L'endroit est joli face à la Marina et le service chaleureux est impeccable. Toutefois c'est très difficile de faire une réservation quand on n'est pas client de l'hôtel. J'ai passé une agréable soirée. Merci également aux artistes qui ont égayé la soirée.
