John's Family — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

Me and three friends where there and it was the worst one so far. Probably the worst Restaurant some of us have ever been to. From service to the food everything was bad.

The waiter was a young guy who talked to us like we were his friends. Before we even ordered we probably waited about 10-15 minutes and my friend called the waiter because he didn’t even come to us. After 20 minutes he finally took our order. The menu is really old like they changed prices so many times and the pictures where taken years ago instead of changing it. I knew that the drinks we ordered were not available (Cola Zero & Sprite) because I saw it on the menu. They serve Pepsi and 7 Up and the waiter just took the drinks as a order without knowing what they have. Gave us 4 Bread slices and plates and even said “You probably won’t need these but still take it”. Okay? 4 people 4 bread slices nice. A couple which I saw had like 7 slices. He came back with the drinks and served us Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola Zero and 7 Up instead Sprite.

Food portions was for that price small and not that tasty. Between the first and second order was a waiting time for about 20 minutes and the first one came after 15-20 minutes. The Carbonara was bad. JUST BAD DONT ORDER!

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE AND DONT WASTE ANY MONEY!!! Visit another place because they are faster and serve better tasting food for a better price then here

Avoid this place at all costs.

The waiters do not speak english and are incredibly rude. They also don't bring cutlery to the table (we had to explain to our waiter what a fork is for 5 minutes).

The food is brought to the table randomly. Some people in our party had their food before some of us were brought their drinks.

I would be able to forgive all of these if the food was good, but it was not. The only thing edible on the table was the bread and even that was stale.

The carbonara tasted like it was made with canned sauce and had 0 seasoning on it. Fried calamari was so tasteless, chewy and oily that it felt like you were eating a hat dipped in engine grease. The grilled octopus somehow had a texture like it had a bone in it (I don't even understand how they managed to make it like that). And, by far the worst, the lamb left me feeling sick for hours.

The only reason why I am giving it a 1 star review is because this is the minimum, this place is barely a restaurant and I find it hard to rank it like one. If you are feeling hungry and have no other restaurant options nearby do yourself a favour and grab a sandwich from a gas station...

I was in this restaurant with friends, first we were seated at a table where the resin falls from the tree and my friend and I were completely glued to each other.. When we asked for another table, the girl who works there was very nice and told us to sit at a table that was not set and that she would quickly set it up. However, an older waiter who brought us food started to get hysterical when we moved to another table. We waited for drinks for more than 30 minutes and only two of the four of us got food and that without a fork and knife. Let me just say that we only ordered water and three draft beers….A young waiter (I think his name is Valentino) ended up bringing us drinks and he was very nice but my friend and I didn't get our food.... So I can't rate the food that...
