We had an amazing evening at "Blue Sage" in beautiful Syvota. The location is close to the sea, offering a nice view that makes the whole experience even more special. For me,it was the best tasting experience in Syvota!

The food was outstanding. The tomato salad had a rich, full flavor that stood out right away. The fennel risotto was an excellent vegetarian option — creamy, fragrant, and delicious. The sea bass was ideally marinated, bringing out its delicate texture and fresh taste. The octopus was tender and full of flavor, and the "à la brassa" chicken stood out with the deep, rich taste of black garlic. The duck breast was perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with pickled cabbage and caramelized onions. For dessert, the tiramisu was simply divine — light, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending.

The sommelier recommended a Vidiano variety wine, which matched the dishes beautifully and really brought out their flavors.

The service was excellent — friendly, professional, and always there when we needed something. The decoration is minimal but stylish, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you’re in Lefkada, you should definitely try this place — you won’t be...

Blue Sage is hands down one of the most amazing dinner experiences of my life, and I would not be surprised if at some point they earn a Michelin Star...it was that incredible. Hidden away off the beaten path, we would not have known this beautiful restaurant was back there unless we were researching restaurants in the area online beforehand. What drew us first was the delicious-looking menu, and everything after that far exceeded our expectations. We sat at a quaint table at the top tier of outdoor seating for a spectacular view. The service was outstanding. The food was so incredible that I honestly have no words that can accurately describe this once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience. From the tomato salad and hummus starters, to the fresh fish and pasta entrees, to the best tiramisu dessert of my life. Each item we had blew our minds. If you don't come to Blue Sage when you visit, you will miss out on this unbelievable restaurant that will shoot right up to the top of your list. If I ever come back to Greece, I will find a way to come here for dinner once again. Thank you to the Blue Sage team for giving us a night we will never forget. We seriously have not stopped talking about it since we've returned...

Mixed experience, some of the food was really excellent, fish of the day, both salad starters, octopus. Chicken al brassa was very plain & not nearly up to the standard of the other dishes, it was very bland, poorly presented.

Service - the staff tried and were very friendly, but messed up quite a bit and we ended up not paying for the drinks. At first they offered aperol, which they did not have, then recommended a wine which they also did not have. As a result drinks took quite a while to sort out as many of the options were not available.

Napkins were not set out on the table & it took quite some time when we asked for extra bread.
