Tavern Ionion — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Terrible. Koutsomoures was 18.50 and it had 4 small fish (1.3 fish per person) and French fries. Shrimp was 17 and it had 5 small shrimps and fries. The shrimps weren't cleaned (gut still in). Calamari had a few and... fries. Octopus is from a can. Dolmadakia are canned. Fries are frozen. Beets tasted funny. We paid 90€, 3 ppl, to eat fries and canned food. Service was terrible. Tried to push us more bad plates, never cleaned the table. Bread was stale.

It's ridiculous that we ve eaten for the same price at an amazing Lefkadian gourmet restaurant and this was so bad it was borderline a scam.

This is our second amazing dinner here- we loved it so much the first night we had to come back for our final holiday celebration, even after trialling nearly all the other taverna's in Sivota this week. We had another 10 dishes on top of these three pics, but they got tucked into before photos could be taken. The grilled fishes were amazing, feeding 4 of us hungries each. And sitting next to the water with a nice breeze to keep cool. Yannis has been a great host, hiring our boats out to us for the day and feeding us in the evening. Can't wait to come back....

Great restaurant, but the prices are completely silly! Lamb chops at €18.50, of which most were bones!! Totally unacceptable and overpriced, even if it was good quality - which it wasn’t! A meal for 2 at around €90 for simple Greek food …. That is just not acceptable. Its not only this restaurant, but most in the vicinity.
