Katamarán — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

One of the best restaurants I have ever visited. I stumbled by this place by accident a bit earlier than opening time but the lovely waitress sat us down in their charming garden. The whole restaurant was absolutely beautiful and aesthetically decorated and the staff allowed us to take photos and explore the gorgeous restaurant. The ‘no-menu’ restaurant works by you deciding your budget and how much you wish to pay and if you have any preferences/allergies. After that we were brought incredible dishes full of lovely spices, flavours and textures until we physically couldn’t eat anymore because we were so full and had to stop! The dishes were unique something I’d never tried before or even think of trying and all incredibly delicious! This is an experience you most attend. The staff were so kind and nice to us even though we didn’t have a booking and if you are up for an exciting unique course I 10/10 recommend a stop! Amazing service. A very kind older greek gentleman served us. Their english level at the restaurant is very good but most importantly the food is AMAZING! The best spaghetti bolognese I’ve ever eaten! The portions are HUGE for spaghetti and they were very kind to pack the food we had left to go. The restaurant itself is beautiful and charming with lots of greek motifs and greek music that accompanied us. What sets this restaurant apart from the others on the street is that its CLEAN (talking about the toilette), it has an open kitchen and they have a huge pizza oven with a pizza master! Disaster!!!! Go to the local tavernas please and enjoy a much better meal for half the price. The 70's concept of an unpriced menu is very bad, there is no understanding between the restaurant and customer about the amount of food and what food you will get. The waitress asked if we would like meat and fish we said yes. We ended up getting one fish and some rice with 4 pieces of chicken and that's called the meat dish.
