The two dishes we got, moussaka and gemista, and the salad were ok. And that's where the positives end. The service is way too casual, borderline rude. We ordered a side of French fries which were cut by hand but in so random shape and size that half of them weren't cooked. The olive oil they had on the table was terrible, inedible even. On an island that produces such great olive oil, this is a major foul. The tyrokafteri we got had a very acidic and almost carbonated taste. In my opinion it was off. The waiter suggested that maybe it was the yogurt they put in but I don't believe it. We had one teaspoon of it and while we were clear we didn't like it, it was charged. I'm never...

We parked next to this restaurant without realising that we had parked next to a cellar door - there was no sign to indicate that parking was not allowed. After a 5 minute stroll we came back to find 2 eggs had been thrown at our windscreen. A very rude and somewhat intoxicated man gave us a mouthful about where we had parked. I immediately moved the car and then he proceeded to follow us around the village shouting at us and demanding to know where we came from. Needless to say we left the village without exploring it or spending any money there. He’s from Antoni’s Taverna - they need to have a talk to him about encouraging hospitality and how to handle parking problems less...

I would really not recommend this restaurant.

We ordered fish for 18€ and guess what we got: 1 fish. That's it. No French fries nor rice. Only lettuce and fish. You can get the same fish at the supermarket for 3€

The waiter was extremely rude. He threw the plates and forks on the table and rudely pushed away my hand because it was in the way.

We ordered lemonade and I think they did not figure out how this works. It tasted like they just squeezed lemons in a glass and served it. It was so sour and unenjoyable

The baked feta cheese was good eventhough you have to pay for bread, which is cold and...

Nice place but... It has a beautiful open plan restaurant overlooking the street. It can be prone to mosquitoes though. My wife has always loved Greek stuffed vine leaves that comes in cans out of Lidl or Aldi so was looking forward to the genuine article. She was very disappointed - they were warm and squishy and tasted strongly of mint (which she detests). The waiter exuded an attitude of someone who really couldn't care any less (like a son forced to work there but wanted to be somewhere else). We didn't go back.

We had such a great meal here! I ordered the pastitsio and it was absolutely delicious, but Steven’s moussaka really stole the show – I’d highly recommend trying it. We finished with the baklava and honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. On top of that, they played lovely Greek music that made the whole experience feel even more authentic. The food, service, and atmosphere all made for such a wonderful evening. Definitely worth a visit!

First and last time for me and my family to visit this restaurant.Although the location looks nice from outside , the food was far away for a traditional Greek taverna. So called “greek salad” was served with raw green tomatoes without any taste and the beef steak was stiffened. The serving from waiter was OK but quality and way of preparing the food is not a priority for owners.
