Would give this place zero if I could. The waiter is rude, aggressive and there is zero concept of customer service here. We arrived and were totally ignored for a good fifteen minutes. There were three other groups of 2/3 people who were also waiting as we were. Eventually we ordered, drinks and food, then began the 15 minute wait for the drinks.
Shortly after this, the drinks came and we asked how long the food would take. Nothing had been cooked yet and by now we had been waiting 45 minutes in the restaurant, hungry. Decided to leave and pay for just the drinks but the waiter went mad and started shouting, saying it would only be five minutes more (even though nothing was cooking and he was just assembling the salad we ordered). He said he would call the police if we didn't pay the full bill even for the food he hadn't started making yet.
Shambolic. We were forced eventually into paying for all the food and waiting while he halfheartedly prepared it. We could have left, but I really didn't have confidence that I'd survive a round of full aggression from this guy.
So we duly paid and took the food, instead of taking a punch. My advice? Avoid at all costs and take your...
Read more🌟 An Absolute Must-Visit – Rigani Grill House! 🌟 I rarely leave reviews, but this one had to be a priority!
Living in London, grill houses are popping up everywhere – but Rigani Grill House in Corfu has genuinely raised the bar. I mean... WOW. The beef burger was perfectly grilled, seasoned to perfection, and packed with flavour. And the chips? Let’s just say the pictures don’t lie – crispy, golden, addictive. I’m seriously craving them so much, I’d have them delivered mid-flight if I could. British potatoes just don’t cut it anymore.
What truly makes Rigani stand out isn’t just the food – it’s the people. These gentlemen are clearly passionate about their craft. They went above and beyond to welcome us, share local tips, and made our visit to Corfu even more special.
The menu reflects a beautiful blend of cultures and authenticity that you won't forget. It’s not just a meal – it’s an experience.
Rigani Grill House – I’ll definitely be back. If you haven’t been yet, you're missing out....
Read moreWaiter didn’t speak English. Made us wait 10 mins for someone who did. This wasn’t the issue, I don’t think everywhere I go people need to be able to speak English. The person who spoke English left and when we went to pay the bill, the guy told us we couldn’t pay separately for the three groups on our table of 7. He was getting some poor kid who spoke broken English to translate, I asked for a receipt to see how much folks owed (quite a natural thing to ask for), he then insisted we needed to pay by cash and got quite irate with me and called me a ‘bad man’. I kept my cool even though I shouldn’t have. They insisted on charging me for a bottle of water that we had brought in with us (we are in a heatwave fyi). Gave some bullcrap about he would get investigated if he didn’t charge us. Summary: rude waiter ruined experience. Go a couple of doors down to Gyropollis, food looks better, cheaper and you can see that...
