AVOiD booking in advance!!! You dont know if they will sail or not (claiming bad weather when it's not) and especially for the last 18.00 sail in the day because if you will have to leave Corfu or Corfu town the next day you are NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. our story: We were disappointed and frustrated with their service. We had made plans for a sailing trip scheduled for Sunday 18.00, which, regrettably, did not take place.
Our anticipation for this sailing trip had been building for weeks. We arrived at the designated location 25 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time, and with an additional 15-minute walk and a 20-minute bus ride to get to the town, we made considerable efforts to ensure we were on time. Our primary concern was to provide a memorable experience for our 2-year-old child.
However, to our utter dismay, when we arrived we saw no people on the ship. We patiently waited for some time, hoping for a delayed departure, but it became evident that the sailing trip was not going to happen.
To make matters worse, we tried calling the two phone numbers provided on the flyer, hoping to receive information or assistance. Sadly, NONe of the calls were answered (meaning they dont care about their customers) , leaving us without any guidance or explanation for the situation. Later we called the agency we booked it from they said they are not sailing due to bad weather while weather was fine and other ships even smaller were out in the sea .
As a result, we wasted a significant amount of time and were left with a feeling of disappointment and frustration and our family's mood was seriously dampened by...
Read moreAh wow! Read the great reviews and decided to try. Booked on trip advisor an hour ahead of the 1400 journey, turned up at the port in Corfu town to be met by lovely lady who gave us the boarding pass and on to the magical pirate ship. I think seats 48 but we had only 9 people on board. My wife and four young children loved it from the moment we stepped aboard to explore. Toilets, drinks and other things available by what looked like a family run show. Nice easy boat journey just over an hour with a gentle breeze and magical views. We bought some drinks and an ice cream from the BP station over the road before boarding to save some money too but actually the on board charges were reasonable. We loved it and for only 37 euros in total for 6 people!!!! Would really recommend. We had fun playing pirates at our leisure with pirate music in the back ground - it’s more a chill as you like boat ride rather than a guided speaking tour, thanks so much for...
Read moreFantastic trip around the bay of corfu town up to mouse island and back. The boat stops at mouse island for you to capture some lovely photos of the area and video the planes landing and taking off from Corfu tiny runway, fascinating for sure. All for €10,adult, €5,Children..the trip lasted a good hour.,you can purchase refreshments on board. There is a spotless rest room downstairs. You can even dress up in pirate gear which you can help yourself to out of the treasure chest and have your photo taken anywhere on the ship. Especially nice for children as they can steer the ship at the ships wheel up on deck but most of all it was amazing value for families with children, Superb ending to a fab week on this stunning island 🏝. It was certainly a blast, you just have to give it a whirl. Meet the boat down on harbour, past the fort, they sail every 2 hours i.e, 12'oclock, 2 ,4, and 6pm .etc. Even sunset, about 9...
