We have been there 4 times. We were really happy about having lunch there even if we had sunbeds on the other beach because we like to change menù and they had more choices for kids. We enjoyed the service from Nik and the kitchen was good for our taste. We never had issues or complained. All of a sudden the last time they did not want to accomodate us in the restaurant but at the bar instead. We have a 7 years old son, we preferred to be seated at the restaurant because there are a lot of smokers at the bar. The brit women pretending to be a manager insisted to seat us at the bar even if they also had not reserved tables at the restaurant. Luckily the waiter gave us a table in the back. Which was totally fine. We did not complained or anything even if the manager was unfriendly. Every lunch we were leaving an average of 100 euros in 3. Today I went back to make a reservation for lunch. The owner stopped me at the entrance, super rude, and told me that they take reservation only from customers having sunbeds with them. I asked then if we could just walk in and see how it would be around 13:00. He told me that they probably would have tables after 3. I watched the terrace half empty for good part of the shift. Is not that they did not had a table. They just rejected us because we have the sunbeds in the other beach. I do not know why are they so jelous of the service offered on the other beach. Especially because they send a lot of people to rent the sunbeds that Poseidon has, because they are always fully booked. I think is not smart to reject people because of feeling competition. Especially if they were loyal customers visiting your place multiple times. We like your place and you send us away in this manner? He did not even checked. The first question he had is where do we have the sunbeds. Reject them at the entrance intimidating? Super rude. The manager was also rude last time, screaming at us and at collaborators. We come from the Netherlands where service is often not the best, but never seen such unwelcoming approach from someone working in horeca. Food was good, Nik the waiter is the best, but the rest is just hostile. We will not be going back again and we are really sorry that they sent us away. We do not like them anymore. We save only...

Without doubt the worst customer service and food I have ever had the misfortune to pay over the odds for. First I ordered a Heineken which the waiter entered into his electronic pad, then my partner tried to order her drink but was told 2 beers were ordered and it’s too difficult to change now!!! So, ignoring the constant sound of yapping stray dogs next door we ordered from an expensive menu assuming the food must be good at these prices. WRONG - IT WAS BEYOND AWFUL. Plain Pizza (€9) was frozen (they even admitted it) and burned see picture ... good luck with the €16 version!! The Greek salad (€8) arrived with no dressing and the cheapest most sour bit of feta ever. I have bought better from a petrol station in the UK. The tiny portion of tzatziki (€4.50) was watery and tasteless. Two thin slices of a baguette was €1. When I informed a young waiter of this he smiled in a “don’t give a toss” manner. Two friends had joined us so we asked him for a split bill but the first waiter returned with one bill saying it was too difficult (again) to split it and refused to do it until we began to kick up a fuss. After several failed attempts at basic mathematics we arrived at the princely sum of €34 which we paid cash. He uttered something which sounded like sorry and we left very unhappy. To summarise: a complacent attitude due to the location with argumentative and rude staff and well below average over priced food. BE WARNED...

What a shame that a beautiful beach is all ruined by this nasty, materialistic restaurant. Not only you have to pay for the sunbeds sounds like there is a minimum order requirement as well. My family went there for the beach for two days in a row and we paid for our chairs and ordered all sorts of drinks from the bar throughout the day. Today we were not allowed to rent beds in the first 3 rows closest to the beach under the pretext that we didn't book enough chairs and order enough drinks and food the days before. Supposedly management orders...what type of place does this???? Why would we reserve chairs if the guys and children in the family are not sunbathing all the time??? We only used the chairs we booked at all times and we did order drinks throughout the day. Anyway we couldn't reason with the waiter so even though we got there early enough that most of the front rows were all empty, we got stuck in the back. Never during our travels have we encountered such rudeness. Won't ever return to this nasty place that is...

Our visit to Poseidon Restaurant in Corfu was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the relaxed and inviting atmosphere of this beachfront gem. The sound of the waves, the refreshing sea breeze, and the stunning view of Agia Triada Beach made it an unforgettable setting for a meal. Service was impeccable—warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Our food arrived surprisingly fast, and the highlight was, of course, the fresh fish. I may have forgotten its name, but I will never forget its taste—perfectly cooked, delicate, and bursting with the flavors of the sea. Everything about this place exudes the charm of Greek hospitality. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can lose track of time, enjoying good food, great company, and the beauty of the Ionian coast. If you’re in Corfu, Poseidon Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
