If you don't know Greek, don't even think to go to this restaurant... The waither won't understand you...
They even changed us with bread that we didn't order! We tried to solve the problem, but, even though the waiter himself knew that we didn't have bread, he was like "oh let me ASK" He didn't even said there should be a mistake, let me correct it. I think they thought that we wouldn't notice it. And the bread in the menu was around 1 euro, how could you put 4 euros in the receipt???
We went there as a group of friends, and we wanted to divide the price 3. We wanted to pay by card. But they said that we could only pay it only from one card.. They said that you should have known the policies of the restaurant, but the waiter didn't inform us about the payment and policy.
After we had this conversationwhile trying to pay the price, the waiter didn't even say sorry and at the end he said "good night" in a way like "you paid, go now, ahahaha" and he laughed at us.
There are many other good restaurants in Corfu. I don't recommend this one. I will never go...
Read moreIf you are a tourist, avoid this restaurant as you will feel uncomfortable, and not welcomed. This restaurant was recommended by a local friend as one of the best and most authentic restaurant in Corfu. We went there and ordered some traditional food. The waiters or the owners were very disrespectful and came across as rude. Our service was completely a joke. We had to wait for so long at the point that I was ready to get up and cancel the order. Other local people that arrived after us, were served much better and before us. Our food arrived cold and there were things missing from our order which we didn't receive and in the end they added those to the bill. They seem as they dont like tourists as they are not capable to serve them because of the language barrier so they prioritise locals instead. Very unprofessional and poor experience, never had this issue in any other restaurant in Corfu. Waste of time and...
Read moreWe went there on a busy night as we couldn't find anywhere to have dinner and we kept walking at Garitsa Bay, until we found a table at this restaurant. Despite the fact that it was extremely busy, the waiters tried their best to accommodate us, especially since we were having two young hungry kids. I didn't have high expectations but the food exceeded my expectations. The veal pastitsado was one of the best I have tried (and I have tried a lot all these years), the spagbol for the kids were equally nice(my boys said that they were nearly as good as mine, so this is a massive credit to them), the tsigareli was brilliant and they served fresh cut chips. Everything was reasonably priced and we ate, given the circumstances, within half an hour. Highly recommended for a decent, mummy's cooled food or...
