Kaza Pub — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

Went to eat at Kaza last night and my experience was ok at best. The food was slightly slow to come out however was somewhat enjoyable. The small framed employee was very demanding and rather rude when he misheard our order and was shouting when we told him it was the wrong drink. We also witnessed 2 young gentlemen accidentally breaking the dated pool table(not their fault at all as it wasn’t screwed on properly). The small gentleman who worked there then demanded £200 to fix the pool table and publicly embarrassed them by making a huge scene. This was probably the worst customer service i have ever seen and i think the staff in this place need retraining. I don’t usually leave reviews but i thought this was necessary. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor will i ever be returning...

We came as a group of 8 when the restaurant was not busy. We waited an hour and the food did not arrive when we asked pleasantly when the food would arrive the waitress got angry with us. We asked her why and she said we were rude and the worst in the world (even though we didn't do anything). 3 minutes later the food arrived, and the restaurant manager also came to our table and told us not to come back here and that he would beat us if we spoke to the waitress again and then he also cursed at us. The worst experience I had in a restaurant. I recommend going to the restaurant accros the street there, the service is good and the food...

Me and 3 others went to this brunch place at around 12 in the afternoon hoping for a chance at filling the peckish hole in our stomachs, oh how we were disappointed. The waiter brought 3 of our foods, but one was incorrect (this is okay, these things can happen). One of our friends wasn’t given any food at all though sadly. Well actually, this was quite lucky for them because the food was turbulent and tricky. My burger fell apart in my hands, crumbling to my plate like sand to the shore. Furthermore, the lack of door locks in the toilets downstairs made my wee feel uncomfortable and not great. Overall, I don’t think I can recommend this...
