I deeply regret to inform you of the disappointing experience I encountered at your restaurant. After making several unsuccessful attempts to reach the restaurant by phone over the course of two days to book a table for two, I finally decided to visit in person at 9 pm for dinner. To my surprise, the restaurant was empty, and it is nearly off-season. Despite the circumstances, I was asked to leave as there were allegedly no available tables for two people.
As a Global Employee Experience Manager, I must emphasize that the level of service I received was far from satisfactory. This experience has left me with reservations about ever returning to your establishment or recommending it to others.
