Actually, the food was great, and the service was also very good and polite. But, and this is a very BIG but, there was a small piece of metal wire (2-3 cm long) in the chicken burger. Luckily, it was spotted and not eaten, which might have caused some very serious stomach ache or worse! We told the waiter discreetly, and asked her to mention it to the chef. We heard nothing then, and when we later payed the bill, I asked the waiter if she told the chef. “Oh”, she said. “Yes, and we are very sorry” That was it, not even a compensation, like not paying for the “deadly” chicken burger. I was really looking forward to trying Aurora's burger, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a disappointing bun that broke apart due to the sauce. Despite the high-quality ingredients, I was forced to use a fork and knife to eat my meal, which was a bit awkward.

The bun was soft and fresh, but it simply couldn't hold up to the sauce. I was expecting a more sturdy foundation to support the flavors and textures of the burger. Instead, I ended up with a messy and inconvenient meal.
