Aronis Fish Tavern — Restaurant in Municipality of Elafonisos

Tonight we had an amazing dinner here! Their fish dishes... It is a like tasting heaven! Other than the quality of their fish, highlights on their courtesy, the location by the shore and the prices (especially compared to the lower level of quality of other restaurants land-side) ..all this and more have made our experience an excellent one!! We had tzaziki, fried squid, grilled sardines, scampi shrimps (gigantic!!) in saganaki sauce and the house white wine. The icing on the cake has been that, at the end of dinner, they spontaneously brought us 2 samples of their home made desserts. Wow. I couldn't ask for more. We loved it and we'll be back tomorrow night. 5 well...

Very friendly people and very helpful. They took their time to explain what they have fresh and what they cook and what their personal favorite dishes are.

Access with a wheel chair is super easy if needed.

At the end they brought a halva and yogurt with spoon sweet carrot topping, for free, as dessert.

The view is amazing and the pricing of the food fair for the quality and the sizes. You could say it is more local than touristy and we loved it.

The food was ok but they made a mistake with our order. We informed the waiter but instead of just replacing the dish he was annoyed about it (even though we proved the mistake was on their end since it was written on the order paper). The rest of the night we were ignored, had to wait triple the times other tables waited for the check. Ended up going inside to pay ourselves. Every other table received a treat after paying as the custom is here but we didn't. Guess the waiters here have...
