Σασμός Κρητικό Εστιατόριο — Restaurant in Municipality of Glyfada

This review is long overdue and for that I apologize. Last summer, while in Greece we decided to celebrate our son's upcoming wedding with family and friends who otherwise would not be able to make the long trip to Toronto. We came upon Sasmos, and being obsessed with the mini series, I said "this is it! This is where we're hosting the dinner". We walked in, they hadn't opened yet as it was early in the day, but that didn't matter to them. Κύριος Νίκος invited us in, sat us down, ordered meze and raki and treated us like long lost family members. The evening of the dinner party could not have gone any better!!! Kυριος Νίκος, Κατερίνα, Τάσσος and the rest of the staff were a class act! I'm at a loss for words when it comes to the chef. His creations were out of this world, unlike anything I've tasted before. Το ένα καλλίτερα από τ'αλλο! There was music and dancing for our guests to enjoy the whole night. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful and memorable evening. Your kindness, hospitality and impeccable service was very much appreciated. Your heartfelt good wishes for the couple was very touching. Can't wait to see you...

After a very long time, one of the worst restaurant experience I have experienced. This is an expensive restaurant, but the quality does not come with the prices. Specifically: Bad service. We were sitting on the table waiting to order for a long time. Eventually, my wife went to the bar to ask for the order After we finally ordered, the chicken burger received black burnt and we sent it back. The 2nd one was burnt again but in a less degree This is the most important and it clearly indicates how the restaurant respect the customers. There was a group of people who were smoking. When the owner noticed it, instead of telling them, he sent them ashtrays. They looked to be rich people, though, so I can understand the law does not apply to them. The lamp and the veal were not something special. The lamp was fatty and the veal tough and dry There were other people around us saying the same with us. We will never come again. There are other places with better food and more reasonable...

Απαράδεκτο σαν συμπεριφορά στον πελάτη. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΉ!!!!! Βαθμολογία 4,7;;;🤔🤔 Βάσει εμπειρίας που είχαμε θα βαθμολογούσα 1,7!!!!! Σάββατο βράδυ, παρέα 8 ατόμων. Παραγγέλνουμε, μας λένε πως δεν έχουν αντικρυστό όταν το αναφέρουμε. Δεν πειράζει, ζητάμε άλλα πράγματα. Μεταξύ αυτών κοκορέτσι. Έρχονται λοιπόν τα φαγητά και ποτά σταδιακά. Το παξιμάδι από τον ντάκο, άθλιο. Σε γεύση και υφή έτσι μόνο μπορώ να το χαρακτηρίσω. Στον οποίο ντάκο είχαν βάλει τυρί φέτα! Αυτό λοιπόν δεν λέγεται ντάκος, αλλά σαλάτα με παξιμάδι φέτα κλπ. Οι χοχλιοί, γαμοπυλαφο, φέτα με μελι και πατάτες ήταν τα μόνα οκ. Το κοκορέτσι ήταν καμμένο. Όχι απλά καμμένο αλλά χαροκαμμενο. Το στείλαμε πίσω και κακώς που φάγαμε ένα κομμάτι για δοκιμή. Πιθανόν να ήταν από πρωίας ψημένο. Με τα πολλά και από το πουθενά μας έφεραν μια μερίδα αντικρυστό, χρεωμένα ασφαλώς και κανένας δεν έφαγε... Και αυτό διότι ήταν όλο κόκκαλο. Οι προσβολές συνεχίζονται. Ζητάμε λογαριασμό. Έχουν χρεώσει 5 λίτρα κρασί!! 70€... Παρόλο που στην αρχή ο σερβιτόρος είχε αντιρρήσεις, στέλνουμε πίσω τον λογαριασμό. Μετά από 10 λεπτά σύσκεψης, επιστρέφει παραδεχόμενος το λάθος, έχοντας αφαιρέσει 70€ αλλά, ώ του θαύματος, χρεωσανε κουβερ!! Μάλιστα..το κατηργημενο κουβερ. Έτσι αντιμετωπίζει τον πελάτη. Συμφωνα με το άρθρο 92 των Κανόνων ΔΙΕΠΠΥ (Υ.Α. Α2/718/28-07-2014) τα καταστήματα εστίασης (εστιατόρια, καταστήματα γρήγορης εστίασης, εστιατόρια ξενοδοχείων, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες κ.λπ.) δεν επιτρέπεται να χρεώνουν στην πελατεία τους αξία που αφορά σε "κουβέρ" (π.χ. σερβίτσια, μαχαιροπήρουνα, πετσέτες κλπ.). Κανένα προϊόν (όπως π.χ. εμφιαλωμένο νερό, ψωμί) δεν προσφέρεται και χρεώνεται χωρίς προηγούμενη συναίνεση του καταναλωτή. Το καταγγέλλω και έχετε το νου σας. Διαβάζω επίσης και σε άλλες κριτικές για "λάθος λογαριασμούς". Έχει γίνει μάστιγα μάλλον.Για να μετριάσουν την ζημιά είπανε να κάνουν αυτήν την ατιμία. Ήμουν 1/9 και δεν πλήρωνα εξ ολοκλήρου εγώ οπότε αποφάσισα να μην κάνω φασαρία και να δώσω τα 2-3€ που αναλογούσαν. Απαράδεκτο σαν συμπεριφορά. Με αυτό το μίζερο συνολικά φαγητό, θα κλείσετε. Με αυτές τις κρυφές χρεώσεις, θα κλείσετε γρηγορότερα. Έχουμε πάει σε πάμπολλα εστιατόρια και δη Κρητικά, καθώς η παρέα αποτελείται από Κρήτες. Ποτέ...
