What a fantastic cafe / cocktail bar! We arrived at Mirtos around 11:00am whilst travelling and didn't know where to eat. My wife saw a menu board offering a toasted sandwich, fruit salad with yoghurt and coffee for 12 euros. We were not hungry and we decided to take one set breakfast to share. It was one of the best decisions we made all holiday! The food was truly wonderful. It was the best coffee and the best sandwich we had all holiday and then when the fruit salad and yoghurt arrived, we were blown away. It was so fresh and there was so much of it, all for such a ridiculously cheap price too! We were served by Ermoine, who was wonderful and so friendly, too, so the whole experience was wonderful. If we had been charged 20 Euros we would have been very pleased for what we got, so 12 Euros was far too cheap. If you are ever this side of the Island, please make sure you visit Je M'en Fous in Mirtos, you will be pleased you did and make sure you had what we ordered, especially the fruit salad. Also, as a customer, you can also make use of their sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach next to the restaurant. Wonderful restaurant and service.

Je m'en fous mirtos gives the use of their sunbeds without charging, but you need to order a coffee or a drink, which is very rare on Crete. Very friendly stuff as well. After all, it's possible to change your clothes using their toilet.

Very nice bar, good music, excellent wine and a very friendly and welcoming staff. The perfect place to relax and have a drink after a hard day at the beach 😎! Don’t miss to go there!

What a treat to find my favourite waiter back in Mirtos! And now the owner of this great bar. Georg was in Mirtos a few years ago at another bar, then delightfully i also saw him at his next place, a great up market restaurant in ierepetra. He has a wonderful way with customers, making you feel looked after and valued. His colleagues (including David) also have a lovely manner. Great music creates a laid back atmosphere. I almost want to come in winter so I can sit inside and enjoy the lovely white, trendy bar and subtle light show 😉. One request. Slightly brighter lights outside early evening (before party crowd) so if on your own there is light enough to read... # new generation...
