Probably the best place to eat in the Peloponnese, definitely in Kalamata. The dishes are executed in excellence, and the flavours are simply incredible and to die for. These guys have taken traditional ingredients, recipes, and flavours and combined them to create something truly unique.

The prices are very competitive, and for the dishes that you get, the value for money is spot on!!

The restaurant itself is traditional yet modern, while service is very attentive. You can tell the owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, and the waiters are living the chefs creations. They will take the time to explain the dishes, specials and their product knowledge is vast. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe create a few more options for vegetarians and vegans.

To conclude, I am also working in the industry and I run restaurants in London.. I can strongly recommend this place to everyone, even to the "very hard to please" Brits, you will be blown away by the flavours and dishes.. from the bread, to the olive (wow), to the desserts,everything is truly amazing. This restaurant has nothing to be jealous of from the "Big Names" and could definitely and proudly stand to the London restaurant scene. Guys, you have truly created something incredible there. The best restaurant in the city. I love the way they use local food in a unique way. We had a great salad with a grilled cheese. Favas with onion marmalade and local pasto(salted smoked pork) bits. Wow. Zucchini balls with a herb mayo to die for. Home fries with pasto bits cheese and cheese sauce. At this point I thought what a great place then the kokkoretsi tacos came. Add the lime and you are truly in flavour country. I got the porter house steak which was grilled to perfection. My friend got the calf liver which was soft as butter. The sides are great.
