Probably the best place to eat in the Peloponnese, definitely in Kalamata. The dishes are executed in excellence, and the flavours are simply incredible and to die for. These guys have taken traditional ingredients, recipes, and flavours and combined them to create something truly unique.
The prices are very competitive, and for the dishes that you get, the value for money is spot on!!
The restaurant itself is traditional yet modern, while service is very attentive. You can tell the owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, and the waiters are living the chefs creations. They will take the time to explain the dishes, specials and their product knowledge is vast. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe create a few more options for vegetarians and vegans.
To conclude, I am also working in the industry and I run restaurants in London.. I can strongly recommend this place to everyone, even to the "very hard to please" Brits, you will be blown away by the flavours and dishes.. from the bread, to the olive (wow), to the desserts,everything is truly amazing.
