Platea — Restaurant in Municipality of Kalamata

I was looking for a place to have good ice cream in Kalamata. Surprisingly enough, I was not able to find one place that would be either open in the evening or offer good ice cream. Very disappointing to realize, that such a big city doesn’t offer ice cream. By pure luck I asked the waitress serving outside if they have good ice cream. Selection was not big, but when she said, they have good pistachios ice cream, I had to try it. I had nice waffles with two scoops of ice cream. Pistachio and caramel. The topping was the best ever salted caramel. Waffles were not fresh. It was too hard and not made fresh. Which spoiled the whole experience. Overall, I wanted good ice cream which I really enjoyed. We also tried pizza. It was amazing! Excellent dough, nicely cooked, crispy and good quality prosciutto and mozzarella. The ambiance of the place is with Central European vibe. Reasonably priced. The Bad Boss Review While the cafe itself is a cool place to visit, coffee&food at its finest, there is one thing that always swift's my mood to the worth side. I spend at least 5 out of 7 days per week in this place and the fact that one of the bosses Mr. Polivios Xristoforos, is always with such a grinch face, sitting in the entrance, never smiley and always unsatisfied, simply spoils the physiology of customers. Dear, Mr., people are visiting your place to chill and spend quality, happy time, please behave accordingly. Read and analyse the review, for the best of all, especially in a very first place of your employees, be a worthy and motivational manager, educate yourself and be a kind human.

It's a very good bar to eat or drink something. I got a waffle with chocolate and biscuit with some vanilla ice cream. It was awesome! The waffle is so soft and the ice cream is so delicious! The inside is absolutely legendary! It's like I flew to Paris. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is nice. The toilet is very clean and it is really beatiful inside.
